Basic Descriptions
High Tensile Cost Iron used for main frame, Platen and All gears Platen Drive transmission is immered in oil for smooth, silent working and durability. Main Gear shafts and connecting arms are mounting in Phosphor Bronze Bushes.
Impressions Micro Adjustment
Quick and Simple adjustment of impression is made through two eccentric bushes both side and adjust impression can be easily read off on a graduated scale.
Impression Counter
The impression counter allows check to be kept on the number of impressions made by the machine.
Electromagnetic Clutch
Adjustable Clutch Electromagnetic and Foil Safe Brake enables Push Button Control of the machine for easy and efficient operation. |
